| Short description of tasks and responsibilities (attach more elaborate job description if needed): | ||
| · Point of Contact for Sustainable Building Indonesia (in close collaboration with our sustainability experts in the Netherlands) · Responsible for achieving a Greenmark or Greenship or LEED certification in projects · Responsible for Greenmark/Greenship/LEED project planning and monitoring · Assist design and construction team in following Greenmark/Greenship/LEED requirements · Produce input for all disciplines in the team in the form of calculations, memo's, sketches etc. · Review quality of output of all disciplines in the form of drawings, calculations and specifications · Communication with client · Communication with Building and Construction Authority /Green Building Council Indonesia/US Green Building Council · Communication with project manager · Undertake continuous professional development and training · Support in preparation of (international) proposals · Willing to travel in South East Asia Profile: · Experience in Sustainability consulting · Analytical skills · Solution Orientated · Technical Expertise · Effective Planning and Organising · Focussed on Customers' needs · Team player with strong individual skills | ||
| Required education: | · Bachelors or Masters Degree in mechanical, electrical or HVAC Engineering · Graduate / Corporate Membership of relevant Professional Body · Greenmark or Greenship or LEED Training | Years of work experience: - - Role 7: 3 - 8 years experience working independent on small to medium projects - Role 8: 6 – 12 years experience working independent on medium to large projects |
| Expertise areas: | · Relevant experience in working with LEED or Greenmark or Greenship certification · Willing to be educated in the other green building certifications as well · Relevant experience in design and team management · Relevant site experience · Experience of/competence in use of office computer software and modelling software · Excellent communication skills · Fluent in English (written & spoken) | Relevant years of experience: at least 3 years |
