[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy : Center Director at EF English First Permata Hijau

 

EF English First is a world renowned language institution.  We've helped more than 15 million people become citizens of the world by breaking down barriers of language, culture and geography.  We now have vacancies, for our Center in Permata Hijau, Jakarta as follow: Center Director Responsible for the overall management of an EF English First school. Duties encompass the hiring and training of both local and expatriate staff, running a sales operation and operating the school day-to-day. The Center Director should follow the regulations and procedures of EF English First, and work together with the regional support office to implement national level marketing strategies and maintain a high level of customer service. Roles and responsibilities:    Marketing - Plan and execute school marketing activities to build, maintain and promote the EF English First brand name in the local market, attract potential customers for visits, sales and re-sales.    Operations - Work with the Director of Studies to optimize school operations and to ensure teaching quality continually improves.    Sales - Supervise the sales team to improve the sales processes, set and achieved sales targets.    Recruiting and Training - Be in charge of staff employment, ensure all staff receive appropriate training and participate in evaluations of both Indonesian and foreign staff.    Finance and Accounting - Ensure accounting tasks are carried out effectively and clearly; create annual budget, arrange the payment of reasonable expenses according to budget and approved guidelines    Logistics - Ensure that all departments have timely and effective logistics support.    Technology and Systems - Make sure IT and computer equipment meets the EF English First standard. Ensure that all relevant information is registered in properly in the production systemContribute to the total effectiveness of the company, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member Requirements : ·         25 years old and above ·         Min. 4  years' experience in  sales and marketing preferably in training /  education field ·         Service and target oriented ·         Able to work well in a team as well as independently ·         Able to multi-task and work well under pressure ·         Using English active and passive
