[Job-Vacancy] Receptionist cum Admin (Gatot Subroto)

 

Our client is a multinational telecommunications services company headquartered in Hong Kong. It operates GSM mobile telecommunications services in Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and CDMA services in Indonesia and Thailand. Nowadays^[update], registered customers worldwide numbered over 23.5 million.

 

Currently they are looking for potential candidate to present their well known image as:

                            Receptionist cum Admin (Gatot Subroto)

Requirements:

·         Female

·         Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree from any major

·         Fresh graduates are open to apply but having experience in Receptionist or other similar type is an advantage

·         Highly motivated, energetic and presentable

·         Computer knowledge

·         Friendly

·         Good communication skill

·         Able to speak in English and Bahasa

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible to handle daily operating telephone

·         Manage incoming calls

·         Manage schedule and appointment

·         Assist admin thing for Finance (i.g. Purchase Order, etc)
