[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy: FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING at LAW FIRM

 

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING

1. Immediate available;

 

2. S1 Degree majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00;

 

3. Have at least 2 years experience in law firm offices is highly considered;

 

4. Have at least 2 years experience in: (1) Finance i.e.: Cash, Banking transaction, Invoicing, AP, AR (2) Accounting i.e.: Preparation of Financial Statement, Handling full sets of accounts and (3) Taxation i.e.: Identifying taxable transaction, Calculation of taxes payable and preparation of tax returns;

 

5. Have Brevet A & B courses certificates is highly considered;

 

6. Excellent communication skill in English and Bahasa both verbal and written;

 

7. Trustworthy and attention to details is a must;

 

8. Service minded, mature, independent and reliable;

 

9. Well organised and multi tasking person with pleasant personality;

 

10. Able to keep confidentiality of information and documents;

 

11. Diligent and able to work based on deadline, self motivated with a positive working attitude; and

 

12. Able to work in high pace environment, tight deadlines, pay attention to details, and minimum supervision.
