· Master Degree in Strategic Management (HR/Marketing/Finance)
· Min 3 years working experience from reputable consultation/training firm or in managerial level
· Possess a proven track record both concept mastery and hands on application
· Good presentation skills
· Excellent communication skills both Indonesian and English is a must

2. JUNIOR CONSULTANT
· Female/Male, age min. 23 years old
· Master Degree in Strategic Management (HR/Marketing/Finance)
· Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
· Having experience in doing research project will be an advantage
· Excellent communication skills both Indonesian and English is a must
· Hard worker, Pleasant personality
· Mature and able to work in team as well as independently
