Sibelco Lautan Minerals is a subsidiary of Sibelco Asia, the largest Industrial Minerals Company in Asia. We are also part of the Sibelco Group, an organization established since 1872 in Belgium.

 

In line with our growth, currently we're looking for suitable candidate for the following position:

 

MARKETING MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

·           Develop product and business segments strategies in alignment with the country strategies and objectives

·           Conduct regular reviews of product costs, product pricing and business segments profitability

• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, Identify new and emerging opportunities in the market and strategically tap them to promote a new product line
• Compile market intelligence such as competitors' pricing, new product launch and competing activities as well as information on new players

·           Propose marketing budget to ensure the alignment of the budget with regional marketing policies and budget

• Manage strategic issues relating to existing and future products
• Identify and propose product innovation and development

 

 

Qualification:

·           Female / Male, Age max. 45 years old

·           Minimum S1 from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,80

·           At least 7 years of experience in Marketing/business development

·           Strong communication and influencing skills

• Comprehend clay and mineral industry players

·           Comprehend in product development and management

·           Willing to be placed in Cikarang
