IT Support
Job Description:
-
Maintain, overview, and troubleshooting hardware system
-
Provide Tier 1 service or phone supports to IT Users for basic software and hardware of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems.
-
Determining resolution and take appropriate action to dispatch support or escalate to Tier 2 support when necessary.
-
Document problems and resolutions within call tracking application and provide updates to the knowledge base repository.
-
Maintaining an inventory of hardware, installed software and managing software licensing.
-
Maintain purchase department documents for computer hardware and software; track purchase to ensure receipt of product.
-
Working with vendors and purchasing to ensure product specification and delivery
-
Communicate with technical support and network administrator regarding matters related to user access requirement and hardware installation
Qualification
-
Pria , usia 22 – 28 Tahun
-
Pendidikan min. D3 / S1 Teknik Informatika / Ilmu Komputer / Sistem Informasi / Manajemen Informatika Ipk min 2.75
-
Pengalaman min. 1 Tahun di IT Support
-
Menguasai Trouble Shooting perangkat Hardware komputer
-
Memahami konsep dan Troubleshooting jaringan LAN , WAN , dan VPN.
-
Memahami dan menguasai instalasi dan troubleshooting Hardware Server.
-
Memahami dan menguasai setting dan konfigurasi perangkat jaringan router , switch, wireless LAN
-
Mampu memberikan solusi dan mengatasi troubleshooting terhadap permasalahan hardware user
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Cibitung, Jl Imam Bonjol, Bekasi
