SENIOR TEST ENGINEER
PT Business Intelligence Technologies is a dynamic and well-established software development and services company with substantial experience in providing consulting services for IT and Telecommunications Sector in Indonesia (since 2002), Facilitating foreign companies to establish business in Indonesia (since 2006). BIT has Establish subsidiaries to enter new business areas (since 2009).
The ideal profile of candidates are as follows:
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably from Telecom / IT)
• 2 - 5 years experiences in handling testing procedure of Telecom VAS products
Skills and Proficiency:
· Must be very detail oriented
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in English
· Deep working knowledge in the Testing tool , its configuration, test methods and report findings
· Should be able to report test results in decipherable format
Job Description:
· Fulfils the role of Testing Engineer for a development project or program of projects.
· Conducting the execution of all test plans of the product in a structured and controlled manner, documenting test results and recording and analyzing any defects identified.
· Maintains awareness of testing alternatives at a level where they can be analyzed and the most effective testing strategy selected and agreed
· Utilizes testing knowledge and experience to assess and advice on the practicality of testing process alternatives.
· Ensures that any risks associated with the agreed test strategy and the system test plan are clearly documented and described to the clients/users and colleagues.
· Identify all risks associated with the testing and propose preventative action when any risks become unacceptable.
· Provides advice and guidance to colleagues on any aspect of testing, including training for testers and other developers where appropriate.
· Takes responsibility for the production and approval of all testing deliverables and achievement of testing milestones during a project.
· Document the System Test Plan, document test finding, and provides recommendation for test procedure improvement.
