As part of the senior management team, they will work closely with operational managers to ensure service delivery and attention to details is at the center of everything that we do. The successful candidates will be expected to deliver the ultimate employee satisfaction resulting in ever increasing/improving guest satisfaction and voice on social media.
The successful candidate should be a team worker with self-drive and an analytical, creative approach with focus on how to "wow" the guests."
