JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client: one of the world's largest Financial Advisory Companies, is currently seeking for the following position:

Director, Financial Advisory

based in Jakarta, Indonesia

 

The Financial Advisory ("FA") practice is the most established of any of the major accounting and consulting firms in Indonesia and has grown steadily, in times of strong economic growth and stability. The practice has a balanced portfolio of clients. As a result of growth and demand, we are looking for a Director to join Financial Advisory in Indonesia, based in Jakarta.

 

Responsibilities:

• Business Development - Identify, pursue, and penetrate key accounts, bringing profitable business opportunities from the Insurance industry
• Thought Leadership and Eminence - raise market awareness about the company's successes and contributions in Tax
• Practice Development - Build a strong, credible, market leading, profitable practice
• Practice Leadership - Foster the professional growth of others, and share knowledge
• Client Service - Provide innovative solutions to high profile complex client problems, leading them to completion on time and within budget

 

Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience in professional services or investment bank
• At least 3 years' M&A advisory experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian market
• Strong understanding of Financial Advisory
• Experience in Global inbound and outbound transactions with international and national blue chip clients, emerging companies and private equity firms
• Specialist knowledge and experience of advising on acquisitions and investments
• Strong focus on business development to build sustainable deal pipeline
• First class communication skills, highly collaborative style
• A strong network within the region
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to attract, retain and motivate their team
• Proven success at eminence building in local market

A relevant post-graduate qualification (for example CPA, CA, CFA or MBA) will be highly regarded.
