Key roles and responsibilities:
Give solution and service to our customer ensuring the company gives added value to customer.
Intensive communication with customers and internal coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate customer complaint handling timely, resolve issue clearly.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Female & Male, maximum 25 years old.
Customer and target oriented.
Good communication skills
GOOD LOOKING and WELL GROOMED.
Fast learner with self motivated and team player.
Computer proficiency and familiar with internet.
Excellent written and well spoken in english.
Have work in financial industry is highly considered.
Domicile in Sunter Jakarta.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Willing to work in shift (male).
