JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client: an international company providing specialised services in drilling for jack-up, semi-submersible, land-oil rigs and manpower services to oil & gas industry for over 43 years, is currently seeking for the following position:
Head of Operations
based in Jakarta
Reporting To: General Manager
Job Descriptions :
Ensure company operations run smoothly without incidents according to SOP
Supervise staff teamwork and performance with proper record keeping
Continuously refine and improve SOPs (Kaizen) and document properly
Measure, analyse and manage the expenses of operational activities
Ensure SOPs are followed by Ops staff through teaching, coaching.
Hiring and Firing Operations Staff for efficiency and improvement
Change Management and Continuous Improvement ambassador
Work Flow Optimisation
Requirements:
S1 in relevant degree
Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia capability
Leadership and Team Management, effective briefings
ERP and Six Sigma Training
Cost and Budget Conscious
Plan Based Execution and Systematic
Familiar with cloud computing and using Google apps
Process Supervisor, Team Leader, Workflow Supervisor.
Oil and Gas experience preferred.
