You will be the first among a group of like-minded, driven and extremely intelligent hires to drive the company's vision to be No.1 in the C2C eCommerce space. You will be expected to take on a multitude of responsibilities and use your initiative and creativity to support the expansion of our eCommerce platform across the region.
Currently we are looking for the best candidate to join us to grow with us:
Ecommerce Customer Service (Code: CS)
Description:
- Handle customer inquiries from sellers and buyers
- Manage and resolve customer relation issues and escalations
- Document call centre processes and FAQs, and work on continuous process improvement
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
- Analyse customer experience reports and insights and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
Requirements:
- Good diploma/degree from a recognized institution
- Both Fresh graduates or experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entry level based on your previous experience)
- Strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and calls
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Driven and motivated
- Able to communicate with English is A MUST
- Previous relevant experience is a plus
Operations Analyst (Project Based – 3 Months Contract) (Code: Ops-Contract)
Description:
- Monitor payment transactions and conduct reconciliation of transactions
- Manage all payment channels, handle payment-related records, reports
- Work with the Customer Relation team to handle user inquiries and troubleshooting of payment-related issues
- Document payment processes and FAQs and work on continuous process improvement
- Assist technical team in payment channel integrations
Requirements:
- Good degree from a recognized university
- Both Fresh graduates or experienced applicants are welcome
- Strong problem-solving skills, eye for details, good with numbers
- Strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and discussion
- Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Driven and motivated
- Previous relevant experience is a plus
- Able to work in shifting hours and shift weekend with 2 days work and 2 days off working system
- To be placed in Slipi, Jakarta Barat.
