JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client: a national group of companies comprising land clearing contractors, constructions, coal mining and palm oil plantation, is currently seeking for the following positions:
Internal Operations Audit Head
based in Jakarta
Job Descriptions :
Propose and plan for operational audits in business units, and perform audit related investigation as directed by Management. The audit frequency ranges from quarterly to semi annually or based on management instruction depending on the needs. Assist management in developing annual audit plan and develop strategic initiatives to maintain and improve the audit function.
Execute operations audit and assess company operations, process, financial, compliance and other associated risks, to ensure there is no significant deviation from the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Should there be material deviations, these must be brought up to the senior management and should determine whether the breach can be remedied at the operational level or it requires further management intervention.
Identify opportunities for improving business processes, based on audit outcomes, to minimize risks.
Prepare and present quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to management. Provide professional advice to management. Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational and management policies/procedures.
Maintain documentation for risk assessment and management processes. Ensure past audit recommendations are implemented in current audit process.
Ensure compliance with government laws and company regulations
Requirements:
S1 educational qualification, minimum 5 years experience in operational audit.
