Personal Assistant (PA)
Job Descriptions:
• Provide professional range of secretarial and personal supports to the Director
• Prepare presentation materials, meeting agenda and minutes
• Handle travel arrangements and expenses claims
• Deal with correspondence and emails in an effective and efficiently manner
• Attend meetings, functions or business trip with the Director if required
• Liaise with relevant organizations and parties
• Handle daily correspondence and meeting scheduling
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor degree in Business/ Management/ Administration
• Preferably Male
• At least 2 years secretarial / personal assistant experience to serve Top Management
• Excellent computer skills in Words, Excel, Power point, etc.
• Excellent communication and written skills in English
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and organized skills
• Flexible, proactive and detail-minded
• Able to work independently and under pressure
