1. HR SUPERVISOR
Responsibility:
1. Assisting HRGA Corporate Manager
2. Conduct recruitment with high target and interview candidates
3. Doing assessment & Organization development
4. Conduct Induction training
5. other tasks by requested.
Requirement:
1. Male/Female, Max. 37 years old from Management, Law or English literature
2. Knowing all HRGA Scope, such as payroll & benefit, Health Insurance, recruitment, organization development and general affair tasks.
3. Good communication & leadership skill
4. Active and Fast learner
5. Willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang area.
6. Good skill in Microsoft office & Internet.
2. MARCOMM HEAD
Responsibility:
1. Doing ATL & BTL Activities
2. Doing Product campaign, media barter and rebranding
3. coordination well with foreign principal and organize corporate meeting
4. Lead marcomm team
Requirement:
1. Male/Female, Max. 37 years old from PR, Engineering, Marketing & Communication
2. Knowing well about BTL & ATL activities
3. Good communication & leadership skill
4. Active and Fast learner
5. Willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang area.
6. Good skill in Microsoft office & Internet.
7. Has a good experience to do Media partner, re branding and product campaign.
