FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Daan Mogot)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis
• Coordinate daily collection and ensure receivable for company collected on due date
• Controlling payment in company and ensure payment following company regulation and all needed attachment completed
• Controlling payment for suppliers (local and abroad)
• Controlling payment in all branches, analyzing it and discuss with Branch Manager if improvement needed.
• Controlling purchasing and days of inventory in company
• Controlling company Cash Flow
• Control, system, procedure, actions and communicate the results to management
• Ensuring that the financial records are accurate
• Ensuring that every expense is properly documented
• Ensuring that the books of accounts are compiled every end of the month
• Ensuring that the books of accounts are compiled at the end of every financial year
• Ensuring that there is fiscal responsibility within the firm's operations
• Responsible for the budgetary control in a specific firm
• Corresponds with the senior management regarding any financial decisions that are made
• Overseeing the accounting staff, and the financial analysts
• Mentoring accountants for purposes of ensuring that their accounting and analysis duties are done well
Jobs requirement:
• He/She must held minimum Bachelor from Accounting or Finance (S1) from reputable University or Business School
• Minimum age: 36 years old
• A minimum of 6- 8 years of experience is required.
• Experience in Axapta would be preference
• Held Brevet A and B in Tax
• Many years in fields like financial planning, cost accounting and budgeting would work as a positive point for the candidate.
• The individual should also have the ability to lead projects, exemplary communication skills in both oral and written aspects.
• The candidate should be good with numbers.
• Able to work with large team work.
