[Job-Vacancy] [Vacancy] Compensation & Benefit Assistant [CBA]

 

Dear Groups,

We are a Non-Government Organization part of global network, which is one of
the largest conservation organizations.
Currently we are looking for the following position for Jakarta office:
-Compensation& Benefit Assistant, code: CBA

With requirement:
- D3 accounting, management, or tax administration
- Min 2 years experiences for HR administration,
payroll, etc.
- Preferably with Tax skill, Microsoft office, PSAK, HR admin management
- Excellent team player,
achievement oriented, and good communication skill

Responsibilities such as:
1. To assist the implementation of payroll processing, income taxes (Pph 21 & 26), and Jamsostek
2. To assist the implementation of effective benefits for employees (medical, health insurance, local & expatriates)
3.To assist HRIS & database system
