Our Client, A Leading Gold & Mining Company, urgently requires the following position:

MANAGER CAMPS & CATERING

Job Purpose :

• Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Support, the Manager Camps & Catering role will manage all aspect projects camps and catering at its base and regional exploration camps.
  

Duties and responsibilities :

• Manage day to day camp accommodation activities :
• Planning for and acquisition of accommodation and office facilities
• Cleaning of camp accommodation and offices
• Operation of the camp laundry
• Allocation of camp accommodation
• Waste removal
• Gardening
• Routine and breakdown maintenance of accommodation and offices
• Manage day to day camp catering activities :
• Ordering and storage of foodstuffs
• Planning & quality of meals
• Maintenance of high hygiene standards
• Management of supply contracts
• Function management
• Management of personnel including recruitment, Rostering, training & development and performance management.
• Management of workplace occupational health and safety.
• Ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with statutory and company regulations, policies and procedures.
• Oversee preparation of and management of the department's budget.
  

Skills/Qualifications :

• Male, Maximum 45 years.
• Minimum S-1 For All degree
• Have minimum 10 years working experience in Similar Position (a Camp Operations Role in a Mining Or Exploration Environment In Indonesia )
• Have Knowledge In Managerial
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Qualifications in a relevant field preferred or equivalent training and experience.
• Excellent in Analytical Skill
• Familiar to operate the software Computer
• Language proficiency verbal and written English.
• Good team work, hard worker and high motivation
