JOB REQUIREMENTS :
• Years of experience: min. 5 years experiences in the same field as manager level
• Manufacturing Industries (preferably consumer goods manufacturing)
• Minimal Education is Bachelor Degree (preferable certified / registered accountant) in Accounting
• Fluent in English and Bahasa both Oral and Writen
SCOPE OF WORK :
Main Purpose of this position
• Develop implements and/or maintains one or a combination of cost accounting systems.
• Prepares journal entries.
• Maintains and reconciles ledger accounts.
• Collects data, allocates costs and prepares reports on labor, equipment, depreciation, assembly or other operating expenses, ensuring that established procedures are followed.
• Prepares financial statements and variance reports as requested.
• May do analysis and prepare special reports.
• May interpret reports and records for managers.
• May be involved in reviewing, tracking and maintaining cost accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX and other accounting regulations.

- Excellent analytical and previous experience in using MfgPro is preferred.
- Problem solving skill
- Ability to maintain Confidentiality
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under-pressured
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Flexibility in working hours
- Enthusiasm
- Ability to communicate with all level positions (from workers to managerial level)
