[Job-Vacancy] Sales Manager

 

Our client is a Multinational Company in medical devices with surgerical products, is looking for qualified candidates to fill in position as Sales Manager with detail as follows:

 

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and analytical skills.
• At least 3 years experience in the health care market
• Experience in infection control and surgical suite environment
• In-depth knowledge of the health care market in Indonesia
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to communicate at all levels

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Manage assigned sales territory and dealers to facilitate achievement of company sales and profit objectives. 
• Manage dealers and distributors to promote and sell company's capital products to Healthcare customers within assigned sales territory. 
• To support dealer/customer in training, education, product application and trials for capital equipment
• To work closely with Region Manager and International Project Manager to actively participate in new hospital development projects including expansions/upgrading by utilizing and promoting company's project consultation and expertise. 
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintains sound relations with dealers and customers through correspondence and/or personal contact. 
• Provide timely reporting of weekly and monthly events. 
• Identify and specify opportunities for future company's products, markets, and new applications for current products and technology.
