GM Restaurant (Expatriate)

(Jakarta)

Requirements :

· Male, minimum 35 years old

· Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any major specially in Tourism/Hotel Management will be advantage

· Candidate must have 10 years experience in Food and Beverages with 3 years in GM level

· Candidate must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), problem solving capabilities, organizational, knowledge of community planning and ability to develop strong networks, to be strong contender for the position.

· Good skill in developing and nurturing effective and partnering working relationship with various parties within the business

· Competencies in deciding and initiating action, Leading and Supervising, Work with people, applying expertise and technology, analyzing, planning and organizing, delivering result and meeting customer's expectations, adapting and responding to change, Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking

· Monitor and forecast food and beverage revenues and expenses to ensure company goals are met on a monthly and yearly basis

· Implement new menu item that will increase costumer satisfaction and preparation of value

· Outstanding leadership credential and the ability to drive result will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers

· Fluent in English both oral and written

· Computer literate is a must

Responsibilities:

· Manage all food and beverage operation

· Maintain exceptional levels of costumers service

· Will lead discipline, driving culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business target

· The candidate should understand how to develop and implement business strategies or market after business

· Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with under your responsibility

· Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food and beverages

· Set goals for an entire department or division based on the company plans

· Evaluate guest satisfaction level with a focus on continuous improvements

· Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient menners

· Create higher performance, fair and exciting work environment that provides motivation and development opportunities for the teams

· Responsible for maintaining and following quality strategies and quality systems within department

· Develop and implement business strategies or market after business
