Purchasing Officer

( RESTAURANT )

Requirements:

Male or Female
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable University in any related background
Experience at least 2 years in a relevant position
Have good knowledge in filling document and stocking
Can working with target
Good communication and negotiation skill, analysis of purchasing data, persuasive, and initiative
Independent, proactive, organize, highly motivated, and driven to success
Attractive, good looking, and pleasant personality
Attention to details and able to work under pressure to meet deadline
Good communication skills in English both Oral or Verbal
Computer literate is a must, especially in using accounting software would be advantage

Responsibilities:

Create and analyze report for buying activities
Looking for a new supplier or vendor
Negotiating and supervising supply contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
Participate in the development of specification of services, equipment, product, supplier or substitute material
Do administrative task of purchasing department
Controlling, checking, and monitoring all Purchase Order
Support data update of suppliers list and price market
