IT Help Desk & Network Support

Job Accountability

Helpdesk support
Network admin/support
Manufacturing system support
Backup operator
Telecom/PABX support
Data Center Admin

Job Requirement :

Bachelor degree majoring Informatics Engineering/Information System/Information Technology
Having 3 years experiences as IT System Support is preferable
Good knowledge of troubleshooting Telecom & Voice System
Familiar with ITIL v3
Familiar with SAP and manufacturing system application
Good computer network skills, preferably CCNA certified
A team player who have good interpersonal & communication skills
