MARKETING MANAGER
( AVIATION/AIRCRAFT - CILANDAK )
Requirements:
- Female, min. 35 years
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Marketing & communication, journalism, English or a related field from an accredited college or University.
- Candidate must have 7 years of experience in Marketing Department with 4 years experience in Supervisor/Managerial level.
- Can work with target and must have strong passion to achieve the target
- Candidate must have specialist training in marketing related course.
- Familiar with civil aviation and safety regulatory requirement is a must.
- Must be familiar with products of aircraft type and capacity.
- Outstanding leadership credential and the ability to drive result will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers
- Thorough understanding of how end user requires, searches, compares, purchases, consumes and then finally disposes the goods or services you are trying to market her/him.
- Has knowledge on sales, marketing principles, costumer & personal service
- Good skill in developing and nurturing effective and partnering working relationship with various parties within the business
- Candidate must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), problem solving capabilities, organizational, knowledge of community planning, critical thinking, coordination, persuasion and negotiation.
- English proficiency is a must, both oral and written
- Computer literacy in Ms. Office and Lotus Notes
Responsibilities:
- Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services
- The candidate should understand how to develop and implement business strategies or market business
- Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
- Analyze data and come up with information and actionable plans to grow a business
- Increase value proposition of offers made to the target customer, which induce him for trial.
- Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
- Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
- Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.
- Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance in relation to pre-set standards and to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
- Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy
