HR&GA MANAGER - SUKABUMI

(CODE:HRGAMGR - SKB)

 

Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate HR Plant Operation according to Personnel Administration & General Affair Area

·         Conduct Harmonized Industrial & Employee Relation in the Plant Area

·         Responsible for updating & implementing procedures related to HRGA activities

 

Requirements:

§   Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law, Psychology, other with minimum GPA of 2,75 out of 4.00 scale, Post / Master Graduated is preferable.

§   Minimum 4 years experience (preferably experience in Beverages / FMCG industries).

§   Used to handle the licensing to the department of Labour, Jamsostek & other

§   Self motivated, having excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with high integrity

§   Proficiency of English in both oral and written is a must

§   Computer literate, like Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point etc) and Internet

§   Willing To Be Place at Sukabumi area
