PT. Baramulti Sukses Sarana , Tbk ,  are a group of growing coal mining company and beyond are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to support the company operation expansion program , as :

Executive Male Secretary

 

Requirements :

1.       Education :  Bachelor degree or equivalent , Max of age is 35 years old .

2.       Fluent in English is a must

3.       Shorthand and excellent typing skills

4.       Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

5.       Experienced in similar job

6.       Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7.       Self motivated, Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised

 

Responsible for  :

1.       Handling the office administrative duties

2.       Handling incoming calls, e-mails and all correspondence such as mail and faxes

3.       Preparations of effective outgoing Correspondences Emails

4.       Handling the arrangement of travel, accommodation, appointments, and meetings.

5.       Maintain the document  and filing effectively

6.       Draft, organize consolidate various reports.

7.       Carry out other duties as required.
