Responsibilities

• ·         Responsible for planning & organizing events (all operational, implementation, and post event activities)
• ·         Pre event and onsite comm with partners, sub ordinates, etc
• ·         Represent and deliver service excellence, Determine fiscal req and prepare budgetary recommendations.
• ·         Identify all aspects of event risk assessment and crisis management planning strategies.
• ·         Supervise, direct and coordinate the activities of personnel, subcontractors, and vendors as request trouble shoot and smooth issues relating to the successful execution of the event program.
• ·         Provide post event analysis, budget recaps and participant feedback, develop event report and distribute as req to sponsors, participant, and others.

Job Specification

• ·         Male/Female, Max 28 Years old. Experience in retail, IT or media business
• ·         Excellent project  management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
• ·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal & written
• ·         Proactive and self-directed, able to manage multiple projects and assignments with little supervision
• ·         Able to build teamwork and coordinate work in the field
• ·         Excellent service work ethics, with high standard of work quality
• ·         Creative, detail oriented, imagination, innovation, communications skills, self-motivate, tough, & strong leadership.
• ·         Problem solver, independent, able to work with deadline, very organized, detail oriented
• ·         Has extensive manpower & has many supplier network
• ·         Fluent English both oral & written
• ·         Good looking & Appearance.
• ·         Willing to travel
• ·         Computer skills, MS Word, Excel and Power Point
