PT. Swire Altus Shipping is a specialist provider of marine transportation services to the Indonesian Oil, Gas and Energy industry.  Since its inception the company has developed a portfolio of oil and gas clients within the Indonesian market and is actively seeking to widen its client base with the objective of supporting the Indonesian energy sector for the long term.  In line with current growth, the company is seeking to establish a newly dedicated division within its Finance Department, responsible for developing an international standard Accountants Payable and Accounts Receivable function.  In conjunction with these responsibilities, the AP/AR team will provide support to the  management and Directors of the company.  We are seeking people with an enthusiastic approach to work and life and who can work as part of a small, but growing team

Accounts Payable Supervisor

 

Main responsibilities:

 

1.    Develop the inhouse AP/AR Division of the company

2.    Assist in the preparation of invoices and timely payment of invoices with subcontractors, and contract counter parties.

3.    Review and develop systems for ensuring best business practice as part of the AP/AR function.

4.    To support the Management and Directors and the Company in ad hoc finance, tax and other finance related projects from to time.

 

Qualifications:

                                                                                                                                                           

• Male/Female.                                                          
• Maximum age 28years old.                                        
• Gegree in Accounting/Tax.                                         
• 2-4 years experience in Accounting / Tax.                    
• Good Team Player.                                                  
• Fluent in English.
