Operation Support Administrator
Main responsibilities:
- Provide, organize and review administrative matters such as MSR, Service Order/Purchase Order and Invoice related to Subcontractor liaise with Vendor Management
- Obtain and record reports from Base such as Daily Activity Report, Petty Cash Report
- Arrange staff claims, ticket and hotel requisition for Supply Base crews
- Arrange stationery, asset requisition and stock
- Arrange Petty Cash for Supply Base Jakarta
- Prepare and record minutes of meetings
Qualifications:
- Male
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business Administration
- 1-2 year experience is preferable.
- Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) : Good
- English : Good
- Interpersonal skills : tidy, good in numbers and detail, passion to learn
