[Job-Vacancy] VACANCY - HR DIRECTOR P.T. MAXISTAR INTERMODA INDONESIA

 

We are searching for HR Director for MAXI Group, the leader in the fashion marketing and distribution in Indonesia, to play a significant and strategic role in the growth of the department and organization.

This newly created position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. They will also have the opportunity to build a department, policies/procedures and a team to oversee all aspects of the human resources department.

HR Director role is located in Sunter, Jakarta Utara, near public transportation.

As HR Director, you will lead all aspects of HR department, directly managing two other HR professionals. This position will lead all strategic initiatives and projects, but also dig into the day-to-day and tactical work.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of human resources and management experience. HR certification or Master's in Human Resources strongly preferred;
2. Extensive and progressive experience with all areas of HR including but not limited to: recruiting, training, compensation plans, managing benefits plans and vendors, employment law, performance management;
3. Extensive understanding of human resources industry, processes and trends, including upcoming issues and forecasting
4. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
5. Innate leadership skills and ability to adapt to various changes and situations
