URGENTLY REQUIRED !

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

 

Responsibilities :

·         Assistant document controller will work as part of the Project Team Department and assist on maintaining and control project documentation in accordance with Company Management System processes.

·         Set up and maintain projects master document registers on prescribed software;

·         Liaise with and support the project teams on all aspects of document control

·         Manage and record the throughput of all project documentation from internal departments, clients and suppliers;

·         Compile reports as required by the project teams;

·         Advise Client, Subcontractor, Project Manager and Team Members, the status of documents and comments internally and externally;

·         Assist in supplying documentation for mobilisation (hardcopy/electronic formats);

·         Work with projects/internal groups to ensure as-built documentation is made available for review;

·         Maintain a high level of understanding of document control archiving processes;

 

Required Skills and Qualifications :

·         Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Administration 

·         Minimum 2 (two) years experience as document controller/administrator in building  construction projects.

·         Be able to prepare and provide relevant project documents, instruction & procedures, work planning and reporting working progress

·         Excellent communication skills (English) both verbal and written

·         Having ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information

·         Having ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports

·         Having ability to organize work load and to manage a filing methods and management techniques

·         Having knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.

·         Committed, hardworking and willing to work long hours to meet deadlines

·         Willing to be employed on contract basis
