Operation Support Administration (Merak & Bengkulu)
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and report for transaction for petty cash report
- Prepare and report for monthly draft invoice
- Prepare monthly budget request
- Issue cash to Base Manager for local purchasing as approved by jakarta
- Prepare Job/Service request to vendor
- Prepare and check time sheet and report
- Check and review vendor quotation, SO/PO and invoice
- Prepare Daily Activity report to be checked and reviewed by Base manager
- Prepare and record daily toolbox meeting, personnel on board, minutes of meeting
- Maintain office filling system
- Maintain and update list of asset, employee , rental equipment ,facility
- Planning and ordering hotels, airline tickets for official business trips
- Assist base manager and project manager in correspondence and liaison with client and subcontractor
- Participate in accident prevention activity and report if any accident exists
- Comply with quality ,occupational safety, health and environmental current legislation and with other current requirements
Qualifications:
- Male
- Maximum age 28years old
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business Administration
- Having 2-4 years experience
- A good team player
- Fluent in English
- Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) : Good
- Interpersonal skills : tidy, good in numbers and detail, passion to learn
