Our client is a regional health care player that adopts a non-invasive approach through focus on the musculoskeletal area instead of the use of drugs or chemicals. It has recently opened 7 clinics in Jakarta and another 2 clinics in Surabaya and with its astounding success, it now seeks to expand in key cities throughout Indonesia and appoint:
Clinical Manager (3 Vacancies)
· Ensures clinic compliance to all clinic standard operating procedures, adherence to scope of practice, clinic cleanliness and appearance standards.
· Responsible for identifying quality issues in supervised clinics and working with quality department and Manger to resolve those issues.
· Ensure consistency and adherence to clinical and operational policies in supervised clinics.
· Ensures that supervised clinics are meeting standards that are set forth by JCAHO as part of accreditation process.
· Support marketing and sales initiatives and activities as needed
· Have a communication and management skills that is committed to the highest level of patient care and business success.
· Maximum age 35 years old
· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities.
Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
