The ideal profile of candidates are as follows:
Requirements:
· Male
· Bachelor Degree in any major with GPA min. 3.00
· Excellence communication in English
· Having related experience min. 2 years
· Having good knowledge in IT Recruitment Process
Responsibilities:
· Doing recruitment process from collecting all employments need from all divisions, till hiring the employee
· Selection process
· Test & Interview
· Reference and education certificate check
· Make monthly recruitment report
· Prepare job offer letter
· Collect all administrative data of new employee
· Introduce new employee to all company members
· Maintain records and files
