Organization Development Manager, based in Myanmar

Job description

Develop and deliver organizational development strategies in alignment with the company's strategic and business goal.
Evaluate organization structure and systems; perform organization gap analysis, identify challenges and successes of current organizational program.
Conduct job analysis and job evaluation.
Work with division manager to identify talent, improve talent depth and skill alignment.
Work with division manager to develop employee, assess gaps and critical roles and risk employees.
Set up performance management system, performance appraisal, promotion, etc
Provide organizational development KPIs; metrics and reports.

Requirements

5+ years of experience and success in organization development, human resource management, performance management, employee development, change management in a large, corporate environment.
Proven experience in delivering successful OD projects and initiatives, influencing, building and sustaining relationships to achieve results.
Strong preference for overseas working experience and in consumer product industry with strong and innovative HR practices.
Posess high level of people skills, leadership and persuasive communication skills.
Strong knowledge in Labour Rules and Regulations, HR Management and Tax.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Job location Myanmar.

This is a permanent position and is based in Myanmar. You will join a dynamic team and enjoy the advantages of working in a multinational environment.

Work location: Myanmar

Work hours: Monday – Friday or 5 days work week, 8am -5pm (Saturday and Sunday OFF)
