[Job-Vacancy] Urgently Needed - Accounts Officer

 

We are a company that provide bookkeeping and accounting services for other companies.

We are looking for an Accounts Officer who is responsible processing AP/AR tasks. The person will have these specific responsibilities:

         Accounts Payable

·    Process creditors invoices (distributing, approval, coding and enter into system daily)

·    Check Statement of Accounts for existing invoices & follow up any missing

·         Raising Purchase Orders

·         Prepare creditors invoices for payment

·         Enter and prepare expense claim for payment

        

         Accounts Receivable

·     Email invoices to client

·      Email AR monthly statementto client

·      Generate AR Weekly Report

        Banking

·    Enter in daily bank transactions to system (Receipts & Payments & Journals)

·         Daily email update of bank receipts

·         Enter petty cash transactions

·         Enter credit card transactions

·         Enter end of month journals

The person suitable for the job would have to possess these following skills:

• Numerical ability and data entry skills
• Intermediate level of excel. Capable of the following formulas and tasks:
• Formulas: sumifs, index, vlookup
• Pivot tables / formatting pivot tables
• Conditional formatting
• Data sorts
• High level of spoken and written English
• High level of attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Capable of problem solving
• Self-motivated
• Diploma in Accounting or Administraion is preferable
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position - fresh graduates with high motivation to work are welcome to apply.

Salary: Rp 3,000,000 to 4,000,000

Location: Srengseng Sawah, Lenteng Agung, Jakarta Selatan
