Maaf numpang posting lowongan, terima kasih.
One of our client a Japanese Company looking an employee for position "Project Manager (Civil)", with conditions as follows :
1. Working experiences minimum 20 years in the civil constructions
specifically with Industrial, Commercial and Residential Building.
2. Must have a leadership ability, communications skill, interpersonal
skill & sound judgment.
3. Must able to develop strong relationships and accounts with clients.
4. Excellent Oral & written skill in English.
5. Permanent Contract Status.
6. Jakarta base but ready to assignment to the project.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
a. Monitors and directs, in collaboration with his PMT, (Project Management
Team), all site activities to ensure objectives are accomplished within
the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
b. Assess and reviews the project Key Performance Indicators to determine
accurate status of project, making tactical decisions for allocating
resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target.
c. Manage changes to Engineering scope and assist in obtaining written client
approval on all changes before proceeding with work
d. Prepares reports for corrective actions if project becomes behind
schedule or overspends budget, and presents to General Manager with
recovery plan.
e. Complies with all statutory requirements connected with the
implementation of project.
f. Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project
execution to avoid any type of accidents.
