Perusahaan kami sedang membutuhkan IT Support :
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining hardware and software infrastructure. You will have to answer phone calls for user and diagnose their IT problems and try to resolve the issues for them.
The IT Support Analyst will ideally have the following experience / skills:
• Graduate from Engineering (IT) / Computer Science
• 3+ years experiences within a 1st line support role
• A solid technical background which will include strong knowledge in Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, Web, Hyper Visor and Exchange)
• Experiences in IT Manage Services
• Experiences in Cisco LAN support/troubleshooting
• Knowledge in MS Office suite
• Knowledge in Cloud Computing
• Microsoft and Cisco Certified accreditation, if any
