[Job-Vacancy] Job Opportunity : Project Manager & Other Positions (Heavy Equipment Operators)

A leading construction company, now urgently require a "Project Manager" for Site supervision and management of  Jetty and Oil & Gas construction Project based at Central Sulawesi.

 

Requirements :

•          Candidate should be a first class Engineering Graduate in Civil  discipline.

•          Should have minimum 15 years experience in Construction supervision / management for Jetty at Oil & Gas construction  projects.

•          Good communication and supervision skills.

•          Working experience with Engineering Consultants (Oil & Gas) would be added advantage.

•          Co-ordination with other engineering discipline specialists and Company's home office also required.

•          Progress monitoring and approvals.

•          Maintain latest copies of all drawings and documents at the site office.

•          Ensure that works are carried out as per the latest & approved drawings and applicable engineering Codes & Standards, Client and Local Authority requirements etc.

•          Ensure that proper Quality control is maintained for all the works being carried out at site.

•          Material inspections, review and approval of Material Certificates etc.

•          Ensure that approved materials only are used in the works.

•          Preparation of Punch lists for Civil completion of Jetty construction projects including for fire water/ foam systems.

•          Process and resolve concession & deviation requests, non-conformities etc.

•          Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings with Client

Skills :

-          Minimum 3 years experience with industries such as machinery, equipment, mining, oil & gas, etc. 

-          Flexible and demonstrate high level of responsibility

 

Requirements
• License SIO from Indonesian Labor Department
• Driving license B2
• Willing to stay at site
• Basic English skills (written and spoken) not must
• Good health condition
• Male, maximum 45 years old
• Communication & Interaction: 
• Have close interaction among operational team

 

Reporting:
• Operation: Supervisory level or any position above
• Administratively: Project Manager level or any position

 

Job Description :

-        Carry out daily maintenance before starting engine accordance with the instructions of maintenance, such as; carry out maintenance and operation with a safe procedure, checking lubricants, fuel, cooling water and batteries.

-       Carry out daily maintenance during and after the engine is turned on in accordance with the instructions of maintenance, such as; turn on the engine according to the procedure, perform maintenance after the engine is turned on, check attachment ability to lift weights, do maintenance during operation, inspection after completion of the operation. 

-        Implement operation in accordance to the safety guidelines and operating instructions, such as; carry out preparatory operations, transporting loads to where lay the goods, lowering the load at the designated place.

-        Create a daily report of operations and OHS, such as; make daily operation reports, fill OHS daily report, and submit daily reports to the immediate supervisor.
