JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client: an established company providing services of plastic dies & mould making, plastic injection & extrude, plastic electroplating, vacuum metalizing, hot stamping and painting and assembling for automotive industry, electronic industry, furniture & accessories industry, is currently seeking for the following position:
PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Manager
Jakarta & Karawang
Deskripsi Pekerjaan & Tanggung Jawab:
Tujuan Umum Jabatan:
Pengendalian, pengelolaan dan pemeliharaan segala program, prosedur dan upaya departemen dalam hal pemenuhan kepuasan pelanggan; khususnya dalam bidang Inventory dan Delivery, serta segala sarana dan prasarana yang ada di dalamnya.
Bertanggung Jawab terhadap :
Pengadaan, penyaluran dan keberadaan material untuk keperluan produksi.
Kepuasan pelanggan dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan pelanggan.
Pembinaan dan peningkatan kompetensi seluruh personel PPIC.
Kelengkapan seluruh dokumen dan data yang dibutuhkan untuk realisasi penagihan
Pencapaian sasaran-sasaran mutu perusahaan khususnya yang berhubungan dengan PPIC
Tugas-tugas Pokok :
Membuat rencana kerja dan mendistribusikan ke bawahan.
Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan guna memenuhi kebutuhan material untuk keperluan produksi.
Memastikan agar target pengiriman kebutuhan pelanggan terpenuhi.
Memprakarsai, memonitor dan mengendalikan segala upaya perbaikan berkesinambungan untuk peningkatan kinerja PPIC, ke dalam maupun ke luar lingkup perusahaan.
Membuat laporan pencapaian delivery actual versus target.
Membuat laporan pergerakan stok barang pelanggan.
Memastikan agar dokumentasi untuk penagihan terpenuhi.
Memonitor dan mengawasi kinerja personil dalam department PPIC.
Memastikan agar ukuran standar keberhasilan tercapai atau melebihi target dan efektif secara biaya.
Membina Team Work antar bagian
Persyaratan:
| a. Pendidikan Minimal | : | S1 |
| b. Keahlian | : | Management, Komputer, Komunikasi, Relationship dan ISO 9001 |
| c. Pengalaman Kerja | : | Minimal 5 Tahun dan memakai ERP (SAP Business 1) |
