UC UNION BD MANAGER

Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the growth of UCWeb's mobile advertising network and user base in Indonesian market.
2. Achieve targets by consistently developing new partners and maintaining strong and long-term relationship with current publishers/affiliates.
3. Figure out best monetization solution to partners' inventory, closely monitor their statistics and optimize performance.
4. Consistently analyze the mobile advertising industry, follow competitors' strategies, and devote effective solutions.
5. Work closely with operation & product team to ensure successful execution.
6. Provide publishers with timely response and support in patience.

 

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, with fluent English as working language.
• 2-4 years' work experience in business development or partner relationship management preferred in advertising networks is big plus;
• Excellent communication skills, logically minded, good team-player, result-oriented.
• Strong ability in persuasiveness and work implementation.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian mobile advertising market is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential and learning ability are considered.
