Chef and team¡¯s Goal
¡ñ Chef and team ensure that vegetarian and simple healthy food is a better investment for your body and mind.
¡ñ Chef passionate on freshness and simplicity of vegetarian and simple healthy food.
¡ñ Staff passionate with professional presentation of healthy food.
Chef and Staff Analysis
¡ñ Experience in sandwich shops and big town kafe and advantage.
¡ñ Worked in major Kafe chain and franchise such as Starbucks, Pret-a-Manger etc.
¡ñ Must know how to influence customer's taste in a subtle way to new fresh and healthy eating.
¡ñ Simplicity and freshness is key.
¡ñ Able to connect with the working class and reaching out to the affluent customers are required.
Selection Process
a. Possible candidate need to summarise their relevant experience.
b. How their experience would benefit to the short, medium and long term success.
c. If they have been to Brunei.
d. Write a 10 lines sentence about cafe working experiences.
