We are a fast growing company now is seeking for best candidates to join us for promotion together:
ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male, Single, Fresh Graduated from a reputable university min with a Bachelor's (S1), Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications is preference
• Candidate must be willing to travel around country or overseas
• Domicile: Central Java, Jogjakarta, East Java and Bali
• English proficiency, both in report writing and speaking is must.
• Proactive, excellence leadership and management skills
• Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
• Good at interpersonal, communication and Administrator skills
• Able to work very fast and perform under pressure, Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment; Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can do" attitude
• Computer Literate and able to use technology effectively
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Must have good discipline, strong initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
• Possess high integrity, high spirit and energy to lead control improvement process
• A team player with matured attitude and ability to work independently with min. supervision in a highly demanding environment
• Familiar with BTS & MW  Survey & Design, Installation, Optimization 2G & 3G, BSC, RNC
