PROJECT MANAGER
PT Business Intelligence Technologies is a dynamic and well-established software development and services company with substantial experience in providing consulting services for IT and Telecommunications Sector in Indonesia (since 2002), Facilitating foreign companies to establish business in Indonesia (since 2006). BIT has Establish subsidiaries to enter new business areas (since 2009).
We are looking for a Project Manager.
a. Project manager or project lead with about 3-5 years of project management experience
b. A Total of about 8 to 10 years of IT experience
c. At least 2 years of working in a vendor environment
d. Preferably with process industry background / knowledge
e. Knowledge in application software development lifecycle
f. People management skills
g. Ability to discus with senior management executives of the customer
h. Good English Language skills
i. Knowledge on usage of MS Project or equivalent software
j. To undertake effective management of project delivery to assigned customers and to leverage opportunities for BIT to grow the business within those accounts.
k. Team orientation and a team player
l. Ability to handle Change Management, Vendor Management and Communication management.
m. Ability to handle escalation within BIT and within the customer environment
n. Career development for self and the team
o. Project health check and status reporting
p. Strict adherence to BIT's processes and Best practices
q. Ability to lead best practice consultant for chosen area(s)
r. Ability to develop, communicate and implement new processes as and when needed.
s. Ability to guide and motivate individuals
