[Job-Vacancy] Job Vacancy for Accounting & Finance Staff

 

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Descriptions:

-       Check and verify the accuracy of all supporting documents and data required in preparing daily accounting record

-       Update and maintain daily accounting records  by performing daily transaction (journals, ledgers and other records) and files

-       Review of journal entries, sub-ledgers, general ledger and account reconciliation to prepare monthly financial statements

-       Maintain filing for accounting data

Requirements:

-       Male / Female, max age 35 years old 

-       Holding Bachelor Degree in Accountancy 

-       GPA min 3.00

-       At least 3 (three) years of working experience in related field required for this position

-       Having experiences in financial statements, cash flow, AR, AP, General Ledger and account reconciliation

-       Posses comprehensive knowledge in taxation (tax regulation and journal of taxation)

-       Hold Brevet A & B are preferred

-       Understand e-SPT 

-       Good analytical thinking, independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadline and attention to detail and accuracy

-       Advance in Microsoft Office and knowledge in accounting software is an advantage 

FINANCE STAFF

Job Descriptions:

-       Check and verify the accuracy of all documents (invoices and billings) daily payment process

-       Implement financial policies and procedures, maintain cash controls, monitor cash reserves, prepare and reconcile bank statements

-       Develop financial projections based on financial activities to make sure that the projections match with the funding.

-       Develop actual/forecast versus the budget report and analysis and other reporting needs as required

-       Provide assistance in the development and distribution of consolidated monthly reports in details

Requirements:

-       Male / Female, max age 35 years old

-       Holding Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Financial Management 

-       GPA min 3.00

-       At least 3 (three) years of working experience in related field required for this position

-       Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

-       Demonstrated attention to detail

-       Knowledge of pricing / budgeting tools and how to reflect operational changes in the tools

-       Proficient in the English language

-       Advance in Microsoft Office and knowledge in accounting software is an advantage 

-       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-       Demonstrated initiative and ability to organize, meet strict deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team
