JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client: a national seafood processor and exporter, is currently seeking for the following position:
 
SALES/MARKETING MANAGER
Based in Jakarta
 
Job Descriptions:
  • Conduct and manage international sales activities to meet company objectives, including - but not limited to - developing sales plans and strategies, generating sales, coordinating proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales result
  • Conduct and manage international marketing activities to meet company objectives, including - but not limited to - developing marketing plans and strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships and database, providing advertisement as required, organizing and attending events (conferences, exhibitions, etc), conducting customer, competitor and market research to improve market share
  • Formulate sales and marketing policies, practices and procedures
  • Provide periodic result assessments of sales and marketing productivity, and improvement suggestion as required
  • Maintain sales and marketing budget
  • Establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all supporting department
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Manage sales and marketing personnel in cooperation with HRD, including - but not limited to - recruiting, selecting, training, disciplining, counselling, etc.
 
Requirements:
  • Skill of marketing concepts, positioning, sales planning, competitive analysis, understanding customer, product development, client relationships and creative services.
  • Willing to travel, time flexibility in serving the overseas clients
  • Good interpersonal skill, communicative, hard worker, self-motivated, proactive, persistent and diligent, sociable
  • Minimum 5 years of international sales and marketing experience
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent in English (Oral and Written), preferably knowledge of additional foreign languages.
