HR Documentation Specialist
PT Business Intelligence Technologies is a dynamic and well-established software development and services company with substantial experience in providing consulting services for IT and Telecommunications Sector in Indonesia (since 2002), Facilitating foreign companies to establish business in Indonesia (since 2006). BIT has Establish subsidiaries to enter new business areas (since 2009).
The ideal profile of candidates are as follows:
Requirements:
· Male / Female
· Bachelor Degree in any major with GPA min. 3.00
· Excellence communication in English
· Having related experience min. 2 years
· Having good knowledge in Permitting Process
Responsibilities:
· Delivering value to the clients by providing knowledge, ideas and solutions to their immigration and manpower related services
· Understand basic immigration and manpower processing categories and requirements for each categories and do the process based on procedures
· Build good relationship with government authorities
· Willing to work outside office and go to immigration or manpower office as required.
· Prepare all documents required for Formalities Process and ensure that all formal documents are prepared and available in a timely manner
· Monitoring Formalities and Permits process
· Maintain records and files
