[Job-Vacancy] Urgently needed - Accounts Officer

 

We are a company that provide bookkeeping and accounting services for an engineering company in Western Australia.

We are looking for an Accounts Officer who is responsible for processing payroll and providing assistance to AP/AR tasks and project administration

The person will have these spesific responsibilities:

Payroll

• End to end processing of payroll (weekly and twice monthly)
• Updating and maintaining payroll records
• Maintaining leave report
• Payroll reporting
• Payroll administration
• Processing increases and calculation of backpay

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Assist creditors invoice entries to system
• Month end bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliation

The person suitable for the job would have to possess these following skills:

• Demonstrate payroll experience
• Numerical ability and data entry skills
• Intermediate level of excel. Capable of the following formulas and tasks:
• Formulas: sumifs, index, vlookup
• Pivot tables / formatting pivot tables
• Conditional formatting
• Data sorts
• High level of spoken and written English
• High level of attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Capable of problem solving
• Self-motivated
• Diploma in Accounting or Administraion is preferable
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position - fresh graduates with high motivation to work are welcome to apply.

Starting salary: Rp 4,000,000 to 5,000,000

Location: Srengseng Sawah, Lenteng Agung, Jakarta Selatan
