URGENTLY NEEDED

HR-Admin & Recruitment Officer

Jakarta

Job Description:

1. Handle recruitment, hiring procedure
2. Sorting Applicant, arrange & conduct Interview
3. Handle HR administration tasks such as attendance report, allowance report etc
4. Handle & Update HR Database
5. General Correspondence & Filling
6. Handle Internal Issue
7. Report to HR Manager

Requirements:

• Female
• Below  27 years old
• Min height 170 cm
• Mandarin and English proficiency (Mandarin is preferable)
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree, any field
• Detail oriented, assertive, able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
• Having experiences in Recruitment & HR Administration tasks for 1 year
• Proficient in MS office applications is a must
• Available to join immediately
• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging timelines
• 1 Full-time position available
